| The International
Association of Lions Clubs began as the dream of Chicago
businessman Melvin Jones on June 7th,1917. Since that time, the
International Lion’s Club has become the world’s largest service
organization with 1.4 million men and women in 44,600 clubs
located in 190 countries and geographic areas. The Daviess
County Lions Club received its Charter in September 1958. |

to give the people of Daviess County, as well as anyone else who
is interested, a convenient place to find out information for
the yearly Lions Club fair, as well as other Lions club events
and information. |

| For those of you who
are interested in attending a meeting, our meetings are held the
2nd and 4th Mondays of each month , at 7:00 p.m. in the Anthony
Bittel Hall located at the Daviess County Fairgrounds. |
