2013 Booth Rental

Commercial vendors may open from 5 PM to closing time, Wednesday, July 24th through Satuday, July 27th. Exhibitors are responsible for manning their booth during these hours. No fire, flame, grilling, cooking, etc. will be permitted inside the exhibit buildings.

During fair hours NO parking anywhere inside the exhibit area will be allowed. Exhibitors and their workers MUST use gate #2 off Winkler Road for parking. Passes for parking and admittance will be issued.

Outside space is approximately 10 ft. by 10 ft. up to 25 ft. wide by 25 ft. deep. Electrical hookup available for most locations. Indoor space is approximately 10 ft. by 10 ft. with electrical hookup available. Outdoor spaces are available at $100.00 per space. Indoor spaces are available at $75.00 per space.

To reserve booth space, send a completed application (file size 58 KB) along with a check payable to the Daviess County Lions Club Fair for the amount of needed booths.

2013 Concession Booth Rental

All booth vendors shall be open for business every night during Fair operating hours. Vendors are responsible for cleanliness and removing all debris from their assigned area(s). The fair board will screen all applications in respect to food and reserves the right to reject any and all that do not meet fair board approval.

Booth space rental is $250 per space for the weekend of the fair. Dates are to be announced.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining any and all licenses and permits for that may be required by the county or state, and are responsible for filing the appropriate sales tax to the KY Department of Revenue.

Water and electricity are available in specific locations. 220V electrical hookups are very limited. Vendors are responsible for all proper hosing and electrical cords.
